i have always wanted a library for my picture books. i don't read much, but i love books on architecture, home wares, art deco, fashion and i have a huge collection of magazines. so who needs a guest bedroom, they can use the couch. i would rather devote a spare room to a library. my library certainly wouldn't be a quite space. it would probably be stained with red wine, have nine inch nails or a saint germain compilation engraved into the cd player from repeating it so often, and be littered with post it notes and decks of cards. i have started using cards to mark pages in magazines rather then post its, to avoid the sticky pages if anything.
